I also have a headlight problem
Not all the time but sometimes when I turn my lights on they don't come up. If I turn the switch off and then turn it back on the lights will come up. Could it be the switch starting to crap out?

more likely the gear is going if you haven't rebuilt them....mine did the same....speaking of which I need to readjust my driver side ...a simple fix may also be to check the plastic stops as they get worn and allow the headlamp to drop farther down than normal...just flip them over or swap them with other ones...

It's attached w/ 2 bolts, under the light on the passenger's side lamp. You'll probably have to remove the access panel underneath on the nose to get to it, or remove the light housing.
