Engine noise. Need ideas.
I have a high pitched constant :crickett like chirp coming from the front right part of the engine. Sound disappears under load, but will return when the load is off. I think it is somewhere in the pulley system. Does anyone else have this problem and any idea on how to make it stop? You can hear it when just "toolin" along as well as at idle.

It's hard to diagnose a sound on the internet. But, try having someone rev your engine up and down to idle and pay attention to the idler pulley or alternator. Those would be the first ones I'd suspect. And then see about getting it replaced by the dealer.
