Try applying a thin coat of Silicone Dielectric grease to the weatherstripping. You should be doing this periodically to all of the weatherstripping anyway.
If that doesn't help, you will need to adjust the latches.

You can dielectric grease just about anywhere (AutoZone, Twin B, Pep Boys)...but it is recommended that you use GM's dielectric grease (comes in a small tube, about $9 and lasts forever). Mid-America also sells it (3 tube package). Just take a little bit and rub is sparingly over all of your weatherstripping (with the top off) and remove the excess with a cloth...not only will it eliminate squeaks, but it will make your weatherstripping last a lot longer.
