windshield wipers
My windshield wipers won't turn off. I got them to shut off and about two minutes later they are on again. No control over them. 2002 I removed the fuse so if it rains I plug it in 
Any thoughts on where I may look to resolve this problem ? Thanks

Check the udders to see if they are stopped up. My wipers did the same thing last week. I did a forum search and found out about the udders. mine were stopped up, I cleaned them out and my wipers stated working correctly again. Hope this helps.

Motor/controller is shot. Takes about .5hr to change and is available (rebuilt) from most autoparts store. Just make sure you mark the position of the wipers and wiper transmission (arms) before removing/installing. You can then also clean out the udders underneath at the same time much easier.
You need a couple of Torx sockets to remove it from underneath the windshield tray at the base of the windshield on the drivers side.

If you unplug your windshield cowl drain udders, most of the time the controller will dry out and work normally again! If it doesn't, them you will need a new controller!!!
