Default PVC issues

This is a question that gets asked a lot on the "other" forum, but I haven't seen it talked about much here.
What are you guys doing with your PVC systems? There are issues with it pulling oil into the intake manifold, causing oil burning and some engine detonation from a diluted mixture. My problem is, after installing my FAST / LS2, I have no place to plug the passenger side, front breather hose too. (LS2 TB has no port like the LS1) I tried t'ing the line, installing a PCV valve, and plugging it into the manifold vaccume port, but I got a high pich whisling noise from the engine.( I thought it was the belts squeeling at first. I unpluged the T and capped it, and plugged it back and got the same noise again. When I unplug it all, it stops
If I put a grommet in the air bridge, run a line to the passenger side valve cover port, and cap off the rest of the valve cover ports on both side, would that sufficiently vent the engine?
Any thoughts?

The only line that doesn't have a connection is the filtered low pressure side from what I remember. This is the air inlet to the block for the rest of the PCV system. I believe that several here have left the rest of the system as is, and then taken the line that normally goes to the throttle body and installed that in the air bridge. Not sure how well it works though.

you have a couple of choices. You can run a hose to the airbridge or you could run a hose to the front of the engine bay and put a small breather type air filter in the line.

Here's what I run after a lot of trial and error - and oil consumption.

T'd the 2 valve cover lines together and connected them to the air bridge in front of the throttle body using a grommet and a brass line joiner. Looks very clean.

I run the LS6 galley pan and that line runs to a catch can. from the catch can to the tap on the LSX intake using the PCV valve in between.

I put a couple of clear fuel filters inline on the airbridge line and the line running to the LSX so I could see exactly what was happening. The filters are staying clean so the problem is solve. I was using quite a bit of oil before this setup and the back of the car was getting filthy very fast.

No more problems now. Good luck.

So you T'd the line from the front passenger side fitting and the hose that runs around to the other breather and ran them to the air bridge? (did you run a PCV valve inline?) Does that take care of all 4 valve cover outlets?

VN
Which hose are you refering to as the filtered low pressure hose? where is it located? I was thinking that one of the lines went to the intake port. It is making the noise no matter what I hook up

If I can hook up all of the valve cover ports to the air bridge, wouldn't that take care of any blowby?

No, I believe the system takes in clean air from the hose that was connected to the throttle body and then draws from both valve covers through the PCV valve into the intake which is the low pressure side of the system. They connect to the throttle body because the air at that point has been filtered. I think the idea of putting a small filter on the hose that used to go to the throttle body is a good idea. If you connect them all to the same intake port, you are simply putting the same vacuum on the system and not actually drawing air through the motor. You need a clean low pressure air feed.

I had the same sounds when the line was just pluged. So it runs to the air bridge with feul filters inline now
