My guess is a lazy lifter. Mine doe's the same thing. All's good for the first min. or so then it starts ticking, after about 2 or 3 min at idle all is nice and quite.

Piston slap.. Very common on these cars. Starts at about 130 degrees and goes away at 170 degrees I was pissed when I first heard it on mine, but learned to ignore it after awhile. It will not affect performance or longevity of the engine... Just annoying. Get headers and a Borla Exhaust system.. You won't hear it..

If I understand screw991le attached link then the noise should have been there from day one due to sh**y tolerencing of the pistons. Mine started at about 100K and is just a little ticking sound. I'll be throwinig on a new set of heads/cam/rockers and pushrods in a few weeks, while I was in there I was going to change out the lifters to so that should tell the story. I don't know, maybe my noise is not what brogden31 has.
