Default Check Engine Light

Just had the following work professionally done to my 99 vert A4:
1. Install callaway honker
2. Install z06 rear diff w/3.42 gears
3. Install vigilante 2800 stall torque convertor
4. Install lg hedders
5. Install z06 ti exhaust

All of this really woke up the car, but have noticed 2 things:
1. The oil temp readout on the dic says "low"
2. Check engine light is on

I went through the procedure and read out all of the codes and checked them against the list on stengel.net. There were 12 codes showing, but all of them had an 'h' at the end, indicating they were in the past, but not current. However, one code was
B1543 - oil temp circuit open

So, what do I do to fix the oil temp problem?
And how do I turn off the yellow check engine light?
Thanks

I'd take it back to whoever did the install and have them check for electrical connections they may have loosened.

To turn off the check light, cancel the code by going to the "Other" menu above and click under C5 Tech Tips, Erasing DTE Codes.

Sounds like they didn't reconnect something.

The oil temp sensor is locate just above the oil filter so the wiring may have come into contact with your new headers???
