Default headers, which ones?

I plan on installing some headers and I was just wondering what size my stock headers are? Can anyone give me good suggestions for header brands/choices. I want as much power as possible for as little as possible. I plan on buying a used set.
Thanks
Jon

LGM, Kooks, and Dynatechs are all good brands.

1 3/4" is all you need. Unless you have heavily modded your engine, you will not need the 1 7/8" headers

TSP makes a good header. Less than $700 for the headers and the connection pipe. I'm happy with mine.

Thanks sounds like some good suggestion. I found some for cheap but they were only 1 5/8. I thought that was a little small.

1.75" preferred. I did make 450 / 400 with a small 1-5/8" header which was probably the first to ever come out.

Dynatech Supermaxx's here... very nice kit, with absolutely everything you need, from O2 extenstions to new steel gaskets and header bolts. All you'll need is a way to lift your car and some hand tools.

Just installed great package and easy to install with lift and a friend 5 hours start to finish. You will get check engine light after install but will need tuning anyway. Great instructions with kit

Good luck

My Stainless Works headers are absolutely amazing with my catted X pipe and z06 ti exhaust, very exotic sounding.
