Check the fuel injector wiring harness on the driver's side rear. There's a bracket at the back of the head that can cafe through the harness.

codes are
p1515 h - control module throttle acuator postion performance
p1516 h- throttle acuator control
p1626 h- theft deterrent fuel enable signal
p1638 h c - generator
c1278 h- tcs-temporarily inhibited
c 594 h c- right rear solinoid open
u 1096 h
u 1064 h
u 1016 h
u 1160 h
c 2120 h c tire pressure
its getting to break down every time i take the car out . i keep clearing the history codes but they come back for some reason.
the p1638 h c is the generator- i installed a 200 amp alt three years ago and always got this code ever since with no issues
c2120- i have no tire pressure gauges-never an issue in years
c594 right rear solinoid open- im goona check this out, but the manuel says it shouldnt go into low power mode cause of this
the u codes are from dissconnecting the battery. i dont get it. any help appreciated

I had a bad throttle position sensor and tac module that had set some of the same codes. Had to get both of them replace. Some of my wires behind my intake got pinched and shorted both out.

The 1638 needs to be turned off in the pcm, I'm suprsied you haven't set one for the "L" field also (like 1639). I'd look at the driver side head and block ground wires.:o

If you interrogate the DIC you should find codes. Once you get codes it gets you on track. I had similiar problem after LS2 TB install.
Then go to> http://www.gearchatter.com/index.php

I remember that last year you crushed the wires behind the motor while installing the clutch setup? Maybe that has something to do with it

Did it start this after the cam install? When does it going into reduced power mode? It sounds like the etc predicted airflow is high enough in the computer. I had this happen to me after I put my cam in. Its table {C6101} in efi live.

you have a PM, had this exact same problem a while ago.... EXACT SAME problem.. take apart your throttle body, it might be sludged up and the drive by wire motor might not have enough umph to control it.. mine was all corroded and gross... cleaned it out and helped a ton, also check the wires, not the plug itself... the dude who replaced both sounds like he got took by the stealership and just had a bad wire..
