Tips on door panel removal please......
My passenger door lock seems to have gave out.....so I'm goin in to check things out. Drivers side works fine, FOB and switch. The pass. side was intermittant at first but now isn't working at all. Any tips are appreciated.....thanx

I should add that the pass. side does lock fine and you can hear the mechanism doing something when you try to un-lock but nothing happens. Any help???

Check for codes from the door module. If there are none the unlocking relay in the door is probably bad. There was a very good thread on here just recently that covered replacement of the relays

When you pull the door panel, make sure you have a few spare white retainers on hand; most of the time you'll break a few upon removal, so if you have them ready you won't need to make an "emergency" run to the dealer (ask me how I know).

I changed the relay but in my case it was the circuit board. bought one in the C5 parts section for $50 from a member who was race prepping his car.

Thank you for the good info. Mine is behaving just the same as the bad
module relay in the write up. If I find anything different will post findings.
