Traction Control Warning
My Wife was driving her 97 automatic c-5 yesterday and her Service Traction control ABS warning came on while she was driving she shut the car off at work and when she drove it back home it did not come back, on any ideas as to why ? She was driving about 45 mph and had not lost traction at all.

It can be the start of bigger problems.

97s were susceptible to this problem due to a design error in the EBTCM. There was a redesigned EBTCM available in late 99 but few owners realized they had a problem so it is possible your car wasn't updated under warranty.
