1.85 rocker question
I have a 593 in & 603 ex lift cam.(LS1, stock pistons)How much lift would 1.85 roller rockers make it? And whats max lift before I have piston to valve clearance problems? I have Patriot heads (stock compression) with there springs which are rated up to 650 lift.I'll check clearance again on what I have now,I forget what it was.................Paul

Lift will be 0.0603/1.7 X 1.85 = 0.656
PV clearance is more an issue with duration than lift, you need to verify you have enough by removing two valve springs and replacing with checking springs and then making the measurements with a dial indicator.
