Change your oil reset

Was your engine running? I found that it only resets the % indicated if the engine is not running.
Made that mistake once because I had forgotten to reset the indicator after changing the oil and was in a hurry to get somewhere...

Your owners manual says just press reset on the DIC but the service manual says to press gas pedal 3 times from idle to wide open throttle with the key on BEFORE you change the oil. I've reset mine by doing reset sometimes a dozen times. Need to try the throttle thing next time.
