Why not the C6 Z06 shocks from Fred Beans? I like 'em.
Less that $50 each + shipping.

I went with the HD Bilstein's and the ride is plenty firm.... I just saw them advertised on EBAY for $299 shipped.....
Good luck...

It's certainly worth giving them a call and discussing your needs... Great customer service and excellent pricing.
I have
Bilsteins on 3 of my Corvettes as well as a couple of other vehicles. I'm very happy with them and can only think of one other shock I would use on a street driven car (
not on your list ...).
Good luck...

On a C5 Z06? I replaced the shocks on my 02 Z06 with the 04 Z06 shocks. Very nice improvement. The ride is "tighter" for lack of a better term. On the track (road course) they work quite well.

I'm not 100% sure If there available for the Z but, I know that the Koni Adjustables are highly recommended for many other cars. They are a bit pricey but are well worth It from what I've heard, I would at least check Into It.

I have a 99, and I put the 04 Z06 shocks on last year. They were better than the old ones, but a year later and they're losing firmness.
I put bilsteins on my C4, and wished I'd done the same on the C5. I vote for Bilstein, as I'll be replacing mine next spring.

I've used the Edelbrock IAS shocks on a couple of my cars now.
Simply love them.
