Someone on this forum helped me back in July. My right front bulb would burst everytime I washed the car. The helpful guy told me to remove the hood height adjustment bolt (one with the rubber bumper). I marked the bolt so I could get it back in at the same height. This opening allows you to reach all the way down to do the fix. It's a little tricky because you have to squeeze the little plastic locking tab that allows you to unscrew the bulb housing. If you push the plastic air duct out of the way (go in from the front, below the turn sig.), you can hang the pigtail out the front of the car through the air duct hole, clean the socket, use some of the dielectric grease on the contacts of the bulb.
Same helpful guy told me to take a plastic bottle cap and silicone it over the hole in the top of the housing. That part took about 5 seconds to fix. Not a problem since. Lot's cheaper and easier than replacing the socket or housing. Thanks again to the mystery guy who helped me out.
