Getting the headlight to open halfway?
Is there a way to open the headlights halfway? Manually I've turned the **** that turns when the are opened up with the switch, but it didn't do anything. I'm needing to replace the drl's and don't have any tools to open the access panel underneath.

To answer the headlight question; You aren't turning the **** enough turns, or turning it the wrong way.
The **** WILL raise the headlights to any level you wish.

It worked... couldn't get my arm down in there to change those bulbs though
I guess I'll have to wait till I get back home for thanksgiving, where I'll have a garage and tools.

Did you take out the 3 screws and pull off the black cover around the headlight ***'y. That will give you more room to reach.

I thought about that, but I was in the parking lot at work and said forget it. I'll do it tomorrow night when I get to my parents.

After removing the black trim piece (see above), use a Torx 15 and remove the 4 screws that hold on the painted lid. This will improve your access as well.
