oiling problem

2001 ls1 rebuilt , having problem getting oil too the top of the motor. I have three rockers two on drivers side and one on pass side getting oil, have check pressure at oil filter housing reads 50 psi. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

yes new cam bearings

the top of our motors gets the oil first, then the cam bearings and then the main bearings..

An easy check would be the Push Rods, pull them out and make sure the passages are clear. Next would be the lifters.

If a couple of the cam bearings weren't lined up properly during installation that would prevent oiling of those respective lifters/rockers.

new lifters/pushrods were intalled.GM manual (as above) show top of motor gets oil first. Was curious if anyone knows if the rearoil gallery plug could have moved?, preventing full oil flow up the gallery. oil pressure gauge in car reads 000000000.
