04 headers interchange?
Why do some companies list the 2004 headers seperate than the 02-03.
I have a 2004Z06 and am looking at buying some used headers but they are off of an 02.
The air hook ups on mine seems to be #3 and #6
Does anyone know if 02-03 headers will work on an 04?

2001-2004 are the same on all LS1/6 motors, the change in '04 was the O2 sensor connections, some of the headers(dynatech, LG's) require extensions
to answer your question, Yes, they will fit, but might need the 2004 specific extensions

Yeah the plates came off my T/A and are going on the Z06 when the DMV paper work gets here. I gotta do some mods fast lol.
