lowering C5 question
I am beibg told that in order to lower my C5 on the stock bolts that their is circlip on top of the bolts that must be removed.
I need to know this before I start this project today so that I may purchase the circlip pliers if I need them.
Thanks in advance.

And if you absolutely have to remove it, it's just a snap ring.

I assume you mean no need to to even mess with the clips. So I can just turn the bolts with no other issues as far as the bolts are concerned correct?
Thanks in advance

Yes you are correct. I did not have to remove them. About 6 turns is all you want to go. The sweet spot is 20mm down according to GM.
