I've never owned Borla's so I can't speak to them. I can tell you about Corsa Pace Cars since I have them on my Vette. Absolutely no drone, plenty of noise at WOT, Nice sound at idle (some compare it to the sound of a inboard motor on a boat) and about the same noise as stock at cruise.

Got the Corsas on and just got back from a trip on the highway and I love it .I cant believe how quiet they are while cruising and when you want to hear them roar , give it a little hammer.

Its a matter of opinion, but in my opinion (i have heard both and been in a car with both) the borlas sound better to me. the have a really nice tone to them. the corsas were great but I really loved the tone of the Borlas. I bought the borlas for my 99 vert daily driver.
