The DRL bulb is a dual function bulb and gives you turn signals as well as DRL. If you change out the amber DRL you'll have white T/S. That may not be legal in some States.
The normal bulb is a 4157NA (with the "A" being amber) but a 3157 will fit . You can get a white bulb (or LED) which is the equivalent to the amber.
