Column lock warning on DIC...
Hey all,
Anyone know the way do remove this from the DIC...seems I have to push the resest button for the traction control, then for the inoperative sensor on the wheel and now...this new column lock warning

You remove the message by fixing the problem.
Either you have never had a column lock recall done on your car and the column lock actuator is failing, you had the recall done and the relay harness is failing, or an aftermarket bypass was installed and it is failing.
Does your column remain unlocked when you turn off the key? If so, then the lock plate has probably been removed and it is likely the relay harness has failed. If an aftermarket column lock bypass has been installed, then the actuator should be disconnected, but the relay in the harness could be failing.

I've had the recall done, and I recieved this message when my battery was nearing the end of its life. Removing fuses or battery connection with the old battery still had the DIC message return.
I changed my battery and the error went away.
Just another possibility to think about.
