Here's a couple of pics of the location I chose for the catch can... . With the airbox removed, drilling into the frame was cake! It's location allows for easy maintenance right in front of the hood...

Bryan, it may save you from having to buy a right angle attachment for your power drill!

I've got my AMW in the same location. I got the idea from Patches a couple years ago. Seems that's where he has his.

I used #12 x ½-inch sheetmetal screws to fasten the filter bracket to the the steel beam behind the front fascia.

i got mine built and installed yesterday.



ps, don't use the clear plastic tubing in the pic, i'm using regular fuel line.

I used two clamps instead of one and used 3M (gray) double-sided tape instead of drilling. Works great. Since my AMW is fatter than some other cans, I've got mine tilted backward at about 45 degrees.
