Did u do yours already, and if so, both sides?
BTW, Bristol street fights begin 3/3, but I can't make that one anyway.
Hopefully I'll be at the April one.

Still have to finish up the engine work first, changed cam, swapping pulley and using restrictor plate and puttin in 60# injectors and a BAP.
Then I am going to get the output shafts, differential strut and some ET Streets.

Follow the write up for the long shaft. Once you have the case split, take the portion with the short shaft and set it in the press. Place the pickle fork around the cross pin so it straddles the pin, and then use the press to compress the bellville washer and clutch pack.

Don't over do it on the pressure. You need just enough to slide the cross pin out. Once the pin is out, remove the two side gears and washers, and release the pressure. You now can remove the short shaft. If you remove the clutch packs, make sure you keep them in the same order.
Reverse the above to reinstall. During the reinstall, make sure the holes in the cross pin align with the holes in the case (use the case bolts to align the two as shown in the picture). Once aligned, release the pressure and reassemble the case.
Also, when torquing the case bolts, I set the case in the press and applied light pressure so as to keep the case from rotating while torquing the bolts.
