Climate Control Question, No AC
I have a problem with my Dual control HVAC, the AC never comes on now. If it is manual mode I press the AC button, the light comes on for a second then turns off. In auto mode it does the same thing then goes to just the fan in either recirculate or fresh air mode depending on whether it is trying to heat or cool.
The external temperature sensor reads fine on the display and when I disconnected it it read 69 degrees. Connected or disconnected still worked the same way. I am going to try pulling the HVAC fuse, is there anything else I should look at, I hate to take it to the dealer.

I also checked and am not throwing any codes at all.

are there any codes? fuses are a good start too. does the compressor cycle on when the a/c switch is momentarily on? just a thought. i know the knowledgeable folks ask for codes first.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have checked all the grounds, and also found if I ground the relay the compressor comes on and blows cold.
So, I think it is either low on cooliant or the preasure sensor is bad. you might want to check these things also.
