Fitchner's or Fred Beans both forum sponsers. I did not notice any stiffer ride from the Z06 sway bars over the stock suspension.

i got my kit from gmpartsdirect.com they were 220 bucks plus shipping. Came with metal end links and new bushings.
Straight ride wasnt any different really, but when you turned was a great improvement. body roll was decreased by 80% i bet

Also up-grade to 07/ZO6 shocks (yep,,,they fit like a glove!! ) and you will really see a difference in cornering and wheel control over wash board roads!!!

With the shocks, sways and if you add the aftermarket tunnel plate, you will think you have a new car!!

Bill I see you have the Z51 suspension while I have the base suspension. I am guessing they did not stiffen the ride on the Z51 but was wondering if you think it would stiffen my base suspension. I already have the Z06 sways.

The 07 shock dampening is not that much different than the Z51/ZO6 shocks. Yes, there a little firmer but the valving does a LOT better job at controling wheel boundce and thats what I was seeing.

My OEM shocks were fine but they have a tendancy to allow the wheels to loose contact with the road on very rough pavement.

To answer your question,,,YES,,,it will firm up your ride and provide you better wheel control. The ride shouldnt be rough, just firmer. Higher rate Springs would make a rough ride!

Throwing the car into a nice sweeping turn now feels a lot more confident and if the road is rough, she doesnt walk out as bad.

Good info Bill, thanks. BTW I found that replacing the runflats with the GS D3's seems to help reduce wheel hop on rough roads but I've only had them for a hundred miles so it's a little early to tell.

I upgrade my stock suspension '03 to the '04 Z06 spec shocks and swaybars. HUGE difference. I notice the most improvement with the shocks.

Well worth the $.

Same here. BTW, anti-roll bars don't "stiffen" the ride during normal straight line driving. Shocks/springs/tires will however.
BTW, GMpartsdirect's good price is more than off set by their high shipping costs.

Bill, do you have the specs (size) on the Z07 bars compared to the C5 Z06 bars?

I have the Z06 sway bars, and the metal end links. Should My next mod be Bilstein sport shocks or Z06 springs, or both?

If you really want "slot car" handling, do both.
