Not that I don't trust dealers, but...

just to be sure, pull the codes yourself and post them here.

They indicate that there was a problem. The secret is,,,,what are the suffix letters???? If there H it means HISTORY! If there C it indicates that it is CURRENT and should be resolved. If you have TONS of cash, let the dealer fix it. While your at it, could you send me some?

If I were you I would read the codes my self and see what the real story is:

This is the absolute best C5 Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) web site!!!

http://www.corvettedoctor.com/Code_Main.html
http://www.corvettedoctor.com/index.html

Go to “technical data base” and then to “Corvette ECM Computer Codes”. Then select your year car. Read the instructions and then scroll down to the "READ MORE" window to view the code definitions.\

Here is another very good site:

http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_cod...d-ii-codes.php

Make sure to include the H or C suffix!!

Write down and post your DTC’s Then clear them ALL!

Sound effects are cool too! 

If you CLEAR all the codes and take the car for a short drive, you will see if any of the DTC's come back. Post the new results and we can help you fix the issues. If there serious enough or effect emissions, you will get a Check Engine Light (CEL). Was the CEL on when you took it to the dealer??

Your still NOT listing the code SUFFIX letters It will looks like this:

P0171 H
P0174 C
P1431 H C
C1288 C
B2723 H

Recheck and list the letters after the code numbers.

WOW! Your getting codes that dont even exist! p1043 isnt even a 97 or 98 code! I have NO IDEA what a QC 234421 is! I recommend that you disconnect your battery and clean the terminals. There is a ground next to the battery G-104. It MUST be clean and tight! I would check for any evidence of a past battery acid spill. Look at the wiring harnesses under the battery. See if there nasty and if there are any white deposits on them or rust on the frame.

I would also check and clean all the other grounds .

Only one's to worry about are the one's with "C" after them, means current.

C2120 TPM System Malfunction (No Sensors Received).

Don't know what the othe "C" code is. I would follow Bill's instructions and also check to if your battery is fully charged.

Lots of electrical gremlins, when battery is not working right.

well ironically the whole wiring harnesses had to be replaced the acid ate through the cables and created a problem that was fixed according to the dealership tech. I checked the battery and the connections and everything looks good. ajg1915 mentioned something about the System Malfunction (No Sensors Received) what do you think. Does this have to do with the o2 sensors. Did you see anything on the codes that may jump out and say "DANGER DANGER Will Robinson!"

I dont see anything that is really bad. I would start fron scratch by disconnecting the battery and making sure that your grounds are clean. Once you do that, we can see what is up. H

How much did they charge you to repalce the harness and clean up the acid spill?

Is the car running correctly??

Im not sure that I remember maybe $440+ (labor IncL it was the reasons why my entire left bank was shutting down, with the smoke pouring out the *** everyone was saying cracked heads... totally not the case. There was more labor into finding out the reason as to why there was smoke pouring out and not enough concentration on the electrical side. I could go on but whatever ... when I was handed the list of codes that we needed to tend to I was really shocked. I know that the delership was probably concerned about getting the car in line but the bottom line is the $$$ which is why I needed to do my homework on what codes needed to be addressed first. I know my cats are bad so once I get the new hi-flows in place I see as to what is the reason for the car being so sluggish and not just the
P0171 fuel trim lean bank 1
P0174 fuel system lean bank 2
not responding well. I guess one thing at a time...youre a great help! thanks for everything so far.

If your engine was running bad from the acid spill, I would have to say that the O2 sensors would be in question and the cats would also be bad. if there plugged or damaged, that will cause a sluggish engine. Does it run differently at WOT than it does at part throttle?

When is it most sluggish?

If it were me, i would rip off the cats and take it for a ride!!! That would eliminate the CAT issue!!
