We installed TSP's headers on Saturday. Very nice kit, and this was NOT real difficult. It took us about 5 1/2 hours and I'm sure it could be done quicker if I had to do it again... (Tigger) If anyone is contemplating headers do not be intimidated! We did have to clearance the tunnel plate to clear the O2 sensors and routed the extensions back through the tunnel to keep them aweay from the heat. Those of you who have had 'popping' after the install, make sure the O2 wires are still crossed over like the factory routing Thanks to everyone who has posted on this in the past - it was very nice to have so much info available prior to the install. Also SOTP feel IS stronger from 3K up. Thanks to Jason, Trevor, and Joseph at TSP!
I just installed mine last week, I put the passenger side in from the top(removed valve cover, removed spark plugs, oil dipstick, air tube). The drivers side was a little more difficult, as this one went in from the bottom, to avoid removing the steering shaft, alternator. I jacked both front and back of the car up 20 inches and the header slipped right in. (also be sure to remove spark plugs. It might take a little bit but work with it and it will slide in.) Im just waiting on the right o2 extensions and im gonna fire it up.
