I bought one from Ecklers, a while back, and when I installed it, I couldn't get the battery hold down wedge re-installed. It was like the battery mat made the battery, an AC Delco, sit too high. Has any one else encountered and solved this problem?

Mid America Motor Works www.mamotorworks.com has them #100-716 and I believe Ecklers has them too.
but you'll have to cut it to fit. No big deal however.
