I pulled the intake back off today , and I think a bad harness plug is the culprit on my KS1 error.
Anybody have any tips on how to re-connect the 1/4" vacuum line to the MAP sensor,
The darn thing isn't long enough for me to get my hands back there and make the connection. I'm pretty sure this is the cause of my other issues.
I put the intake 90% back, then connected it. If its too hard, you could also pick up another piece of vacuum line and extend it so you can get it on easier.
just measure it with calipers or a ruler if you don't have that. I put mine in as far as I could then forced my hand back there. Guess you are going to have to find a friend with smaller hands.
