Need some advise on finding a 6 point roll cage for my c5. None of this bolt in crap either. I want to find a shop that can create a nice solid cage properly welded to the frame, and coat or paint the finish. Thanks in advance for the help.
CajunDude made one for EG, and EG welded it in his car - EG, Calling EG, where are you??
Maybe check w/ CajunDude and see if he can fab one up for you - since you are a new member, do a search for the Grond Chronicles under C5 General (or C5 Tech, I can't remember which section), and in one of the 11 installments of the Grond Chronicles, EG installs a custom built roll cage that Cajun Dude made. Cajun Dude is a supporting vendor. That is, if you are serious about the rollcage you are looking for!
Check Neverlift, Wolfe, and ECS web sites. They make roll bar setups for weld in or bolt in. Kits come in mild steel or chrome moly, with or without swing arms for the sides.

I live in the Chicago area, but would consider shipping the car if I found a shop worth it.
Your in luck there is a great shop in CHI town that does cages.
There is a guy over in the C6Z06 section names Short-Throw. He had a cage built at this windy city shop and has pictures.
Here are is one of his threads about his cars convertion http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1642244
ATI ( Edit) up in Wixom Mich does great work too. Pheonix Performance in Pheonixville PA does many many corvette roll cages.
