Help with a fuel pump issue Please

Here we go again. The saga continues...
So I got my car back for Oursiman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights, MD last Thursday. The car ran great. I was in a good mood so on Saturday I changed the plugs. I drove it to work today and guess what! I get the check gauges message and the fuel needle has dropped from full to empty. I checked the code and it was PCM-1431 HC. Just like it was when I took it to the shop to have the left fuel pump replaced.
I called the dealership and they said maybe we didn't reset the computer. I told them I can reset the computer myself. I want it fixed. So I back in there tomorrow for more work. I hope they don't try to get anymore money out of me because its going to be ugly.
Needless to say, I'm a bit heated right now.
