Who makes the bracket for a 5/6 point harness front floor mount to the front of the seat?

Bray-Krause does.

The sub bets should not be mounted infront of the seat, but behind. The sub belts should come up between the seat bottom and seat back. You sit on the sub belts. 6-point with two sub belts. a single sub belt of the 5 point tents to squeeze the family jewels.

Arizona Speed & Marine sells a whole kit, instead of B&K's two kits you have to buy. Includes the harness bar and the belt mounts that bolt in under the seat tracks. Only negative is you have to bolt in the belts, vs. B&K's where you can unclip the lap and sub belts.

If you are going to mount your sub belt in this incorrect position you might as well not mount it at all. The purpose of the sub belt is to keep the lap belt down on your pelvis when the shoulder belts are pulling up on the lap belt. Mounting the sub belt at the front of the seat causes it to go over the front cushion and pull the lap belt forward away from your pelvis thus negating any effect the sub belt can have in keeping the lap belt in its proper place.

The BK kit attaches the sub belt at the same points the lap belts attach and you sit on the sub belt. When it is attached to the lap belt it holds the lap belt down on your pelvis since the sub belt is pulling the lap belt down between your legs.
