Need various CF info, please...

Anyway the shop said that they can tune the car w/my diablosport and delete the O2 sensor codes. They are a dealer of DSport and have ability to download custom tunes, I'm pretty sure that this will not be as effective as HP or EFI but for the summer (until next bonus) will that be legitimate? Next ? will I need to do something to save that tune(custom), so if I need service and go back to stock can it be reloaded? Last is anyone running the above exhaust through corsa touring(or pace) and how loud is it? TIA
