Do you have any diagnostic codes showing on the DIC when you run the On Board Diagnostics?

If you know someone at a dealership, you can have the memory
feature flashed out of the body computer.

This is the absolute best C5 Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) web site!!!

Go to “technical data base” and then to “Corvette ECM Computer Codes”. Then select your year car. Read the instructions and then scroll down to the "READ MORE" window to view the code definitions.\
Here is another very good site:

Make sure to include the H or C suffix!!
Are you sure that your programming the memory correctly??? Try this;
Enter diagnostics and see what DTC's you have. If there are any in the SCM, or BCM write them down and clear them all. Then:
Turn the ignition switch to ON. Set all the driver controlled stuff just the way that you like it. when everything is set. press and hold memory switch 1 until the light blinks three times.and then memory switch 2 the same way.
If you have a weak 12 VDC battery, everytime you cold start the car, the B+ (12 vdc buss voltage) will drop below the SCM low voltage cutoff and it will loose it's pre programmed memory!
Here are some clues as to having this issue;
Memory goes awaw.
Fobs require frequent re-sync
Tons of U series DTC's in the DIC
Hope this helps!!
