Keep breaking shifter bolts.................
Anyone gone to a stud kit? What size are the bolt holes? Should I go to a bigger size bolt and tap it? Open to suggestions. I have a kirban and love it with the delrin C5r shifter.

Which bolts are you breaking? The housing bolts????
If its the housing bolts that hold the shifter to the box, I wouldn't go bigger cause the aluminum around the bolt holes will get thin. If your breaking the two bolts that hold the box to the tube, you may be able to go bigger. Have you tried grade 8 fasteners??? Home depot or true value hardware have them.
I also have the KIRBAN and LOVE IT too!!
