Just bought a 02 EB Z06. It has a Borla 2 pipe catback and a CAI from Pro Dyno. I think the CAI probably came from Pro Dyno in Tempe AZ but I'm not sure. It splits in the front with 2 K&N cone shaped filters. Is this unit any good? Does anyone have this on their car? Should I keep it or replace with something else?

The dual cone filter arrangements are problematic (introducing turbulence, skewing the MAF readings) and I avoid them whenever possible.
I've got the Volant dual cone filter. It's got tons of filter area and works great and looks great. You'll see solid gains from it especially if you open up your fog lamp covers(the cones will be right in the path of airflow). As long as you keep the screen in you MAF you'll never have any problems. Taking the screen out is basically a waste of time anyway. If you absolutely have to switch then you probably need to go with a vararam or something similar. Good luck.
Seems he has an '02 Z06, whaich has no MAF screen.
So, yes, you might be subject to some of the turbulance and surging issues reported on the dual-snorkle type filters.
I guess if it runs and drives fine, you are probably okay.
But with a Fine Machine like an EB Z, you may owe it a top-name induction like the Honker, Vara, or the Blackwing. HeHe.
