Default LS2 TB Not Opening Fully

I have a 2004 C5 with a 402 in it using an LS2 90mm TB. Today I discovered that the TB is not opening fully even when the PCM reports it at 100%. I am hearing that there may be an electronic module that is needed to convert the C5 throttle signal for use with the LS2 TB.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks

the adapters I've seen say nothing about their being a voltage difference, just plug-n-play. I checked the manuals, but the C6 doesn't list specific voltage ranges, although the appear to more-or-less be in the same range.

If you are using an adapter, I'd ask the supplier. Here's a link to one if you want to try and get help form them.

Hey thanks for taking the time to look that up. And judging by the harness you pointed me to there are no differences in voltage requirements.

Does anyone else have any experience with this?

The voltages are the same.
When you say it is not opening fully this is visual?
The scanner is reporting 100%?

I am not looking at it.

A mechanic is and he is asking me if it has always been this way. He says it opens only about 80%. This is what he believes from looking at it.

Does anyone know where I can find the voltage specs? If I can find them I can check the voltage to see if the correct signals are being sent.
