Reduced power mode and code ?

Reduced power mode and code ?
The other day, went into reduced power mode and threw the following codes. After a quick shutdown/restart all was well again and never came back.
It has done this several times before and usually does it when it has been idling for a period of time.
Any ideas on WTF is going on here?
PCM p2101 h - Control Module Throttle Actuator Position Perf.
TCS c1278 h - TCS Temporarily Inhibited By PCM
HVAC b0361 h - Left Actuator Feedback Short to GND
b0441 h - Left Actuator Out of Range

p.s. I'm running a 382 stroker with LS2 TB and FAST intake 90/90

Sounds to me like you may have a problem with the Throttle Position sensor OR the gas peddel sensor.
Take a look at the plugs and sensors,
