Ok the Big mouth - how is it mounted? is it blocking air from coming out behind the radiators??

Also take a high pressure air hose and blow out the radaitors. Front openings on splitters or, I am guessing here, like the Big Mouth suck anything and everything up into the radiators.

Clean out your radiator.

With regard to the last 2 posts.

I am using Spal fans and did not know that the fans should be shut off on the highway. Interesting... Not sure how to do this...

The big mouth air dam is positioned to throw air up in front of the radiator and between the different intercoolers, ..., and I'm assuming at a good rate of speed. I have a screen to protect against debre larger than 1/4 inch and am aware of this. I inspect for this problem.

The Supercharger has an intercooler and along with the cold air intake, A/C, larger radiator, I have a lot of stuff in front. Also, this only gets this way when I'm running the A/C. The order from front to back is S/C intercooler on one side and the cold air intake on the other, A/C cooler?, radiator, fans. Each with about of 1+ inches of space in betweeen. I had this space increased. The A/C though, seems to heat the whole thing up.

A thought I had was to remove the separator between the engine and the front coolers. This separator is unique to the install of my procharger. Its a flat piece of aluminum about 1' X 3' that sits on top of my radiator, intercooler,..., in an attempt to keep the hot side ho and the cold side cold. The idea by removing this panal, with my new hood that is vented, I will force air to travel from front ground due to the big mouth and circulate through the engine area and out the port holes of the hood.

Or maybe it won't. I'll do some testing this weekend. Also, I live in Phoenix and its around 108 in the shade.
