please help...car is going crazy

i have a 2000, and suddenly the check "abs light" and "check traction controll" light has come on. Where the mileage is it tells me to check both these. I shut the car off and re-started and about 2 nmiles later it came on again...i did have the car up on a lift this weekend...and ideas?????

First thing I would check is the speed sensor connections. I had one slip out before. It could be this simple.
