I wish I could read the first page, but really, I think it's a given that if you stick with the manufacturer's recommended viscosity and type of oil in your vehicle (and change it before it either breaks down or has too many contaminants in it), your engine will last more miles than most of us will every need.
Still, the Royal Purple stuff is impressive in this particular test.
That particular test is almost completely a waste of time and money.
There aren't any internal engine parts that make contact in the
manner of this "test" fixture. Anyone who actually knows anything
about internal engine bearings (they ride on a film of pressurized
oil, not on the body of the oil itself) will tell you that when metal
contacts metal in your engine, it's toast.
