I'm going to replace my stock springs tomorrow and will be using the instructions found at LS1Tech. If you have any additional cautions, tips or suggestions please post here.

You may want to adjust the front spring adjusters in as much as possible and it will help you slide the spring out. I had a brutal workout removing mine...but it was the base spring (more arch). Other than that, you'll be fine.
I finished the install and it was very easy and straightforward. One tip I will add is to put some anti-seize on the threads of the front ride height adjusters. My stock ones are still imovable and may require some vise grip action to get them to turn. Anyway, I haven't driven the car yet because of the pending T-Storms in my area so a review will come later. Also, while I was at it I changed the brake pads to Hawk HPS and did some more undercarriage cleaning.
Thanks for the report on your install, glad the anti-sieze instruction we have in our install helped. And thanks for the pics!

No problem Tom, however I must confess that I could not find the install intructions on your site. I came up with the anti-seize after seeing what happened to my stock adjusters. Definitely a great idea though. By the way, these springs and the Koni FSDs are the perfect combination. I'm posting a review in the general forum section now.
