Default removable top weatherstrip replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the two side weatherstripping on the removeable top? Is it tough and is there anything I should know before attempting?

I'm all ears on this one too, mine has a small rip at the top of both "B" pillers near the are were the top slides in and another small rip near the one side at the back of the removable top. They've been this way for awhile and I'm just careful but I would like to also see if anyone on here has replaced those seals.

Also were is a good source for these seals?

Mid-America has all the weather seals for a C5. Be ready for sticker shock though, there is a heavy Vette Tax !

Here is the link: http://www.madvet.com/shop?frame=1.162.3519

Looks like those side pieces for the top are $89 a piece !

That's where I got mine. For some reason, one side costs about $5.00 more than the other. Invest in the weatherstrip repl. tools. Vendors like Ecklers sell them.
