Default Low Washer Fluid

A few years ago my Low Washer Fluid showed up on my DIC. I waited for a few months before I refilled the reservoir, after refilling it, the DIC warning didn't clear. I tried resetting and everything else (except ) I could think of and it just won't go out. Any suggestions or do I have to replace the sensor in the reservoir?

Thanks

Bad News Dude.

Mine went out in May. Dealer only item and it is just under $70.

It is a very simple switch in design. Make sure that yours is in "right side upward" to insure it is bad.

How to: the switch looks like a finger. In its correct installment it will resemble your finger pointed outward with your palm down. In other words it will bend to point downward to horizontal.

Good Luck.........by the way, the fluid will come out when you pull the sensor out.
