The U1064 can be deleted and ignored (communication failure - these happen frequently between the car's computers).
The throttle is controlled by computer. When you step on the "gas pedal" there are sensors that determine how far down you are pushing the pedal. That data is transmitted to the PCM and it decides how much actual throttle to deliver (it may deliver less throttle if Traction Control says the rear wheels are spinning). The throttle position is then controlled by the TAC (Throttle Actuator Control) which directly controls the setting (opening) of the throttle plate.
If you have a "sticking" throttle it is most likely an issue with either the Throttle position sensor, or the TAC. Clear all codes and see if a new one comes up the next time the throttle "sticks" ... if no codes, the throttle position sensor is probably going bad.
There have been instances where the throttle blade gets very dirty or the gears inside the Throttle Body bind. The throttle position sensor circuit is pretty bullet proof and it has fail safes built into it so there are not any problems like this. There are two circuits in the TPS. One that is high when the throttle is shut and the other is low when shut. The same for the accelerator peddle. If the TAC module see's conditions that don't all add up, the system goes into reduced power mode and buddy,,,,you going NO WHERE in a hurry. You will be lucky to be able to do 5 mph! Been there, done that.
I would make sure that your accelerator pedal is free to move and the Throttle blade is clean and free to move. It's on a spring so it has resistance to open. When it shuts, it will NOT shut fully. If you push it open it will spring back nice and smooth. I clean my Throttle Blade with Carb Cleaner.
