You need to be more specific on which one. There are several located throughout the car. There is a Left Door Control Module (LDCM) which runs the locks, window and mirror. The Seat Control Module (SCM) which runs the seats and telescoping steering wheel. Just a few others, like the PCM, BCM SDM, RDCM, EBCM and so on...
MEMORY MODULE RECEIVER? Your referring to the Remote Function Actuator (RFA) Module which receives the radio frequencies form the FOBS and the Tire Pressures Modules and transmits the decoded signals to the BCM which in turn signals the function to happen or tells another module to preform a certain function.
I agree with dgrant3830 There are a few memory function modules. What is your exact issue and have you read the DTC's to see if there are any codes set?
This is the absolute best C5 Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) web site!!!
Go to “technical data base” and then to “Corvette ECM Computer Codes”. Then select your year car. Read the instructions and then scroll down to the "READ MORE" window to view the code definitions.\
I have replaced the drivers door from a 02 Vert. When I installed the new power seat, the seat and the drivers mirror has a preset position. Every time I unlock the doors with the remote, the seat and the mirror moved to pre set position. I have replaced the seat track with a manual one but the mirror still moves every time I use the remote to unlock. Do I just replace the drivers door module from my 99?
