Caddy Racing Lifters - Backorder?
Called closest dealership and they can't get them for "several weeks". Are there any vendors left with stock, or does anyone know where to get them?
Has anyone compared them to Morels?

If Gene Doesn't Have........
If Gene doesn't have the Caddy lifters, he should have the LS7 lifters.
I gave up waiting for the caddy lifters and went with the LS7 lifters in my 402/L92 combo. They are also half the cost.

Crane also has a new lifter, looks like a keeper
Not sure on pricing though, but the design sounds good.

just an FYI, the LS7 lifters are the replacements for the LS1/6, they are also used in the LS2 from GM, the info is right in the GMPP catalog, the GMPP pn also prices them nicely

I'm aware that LS7s are just stock LS1 lifters. The Caddy Racing Lifters will take higher rpm than the LS7 so I'll just wait till some more are issued. Just thought a random forum vendor might have some and see this, or a member might know of where to look. My hookup at the dealer has checked and none of the dealers have them currently.
As a guy who just lost several lifters, that also nibbled on the cam it's worth my money to wait for the better product. Do it once, do it right.

Got the lifters in. They are indeed quieter than stock lifters.
