OK I'm in the process of ridding my 04 coupe of all the electrical gremlins. New battery and cleaning the passenger side ground connector took care of most issues for now.
I keep getting B0367 H error, HVAC passenger actuator. I haven't noticed a big problem with the HVAC. Should I really pull the dash and repair/replace the actuator? Anyone know the price of the part?
If the actuator is truly bad, then you'll get air temperature out of
the passenger side that is very different from the driver's side, and
if you have dual-zone climate, then the passenger side won't change
when you adjust it.
If the temp seems to be working, do a search on "indexing", and
see if you can reset or reindex the passenger actuator. It might
just be running out of range and setting that code.
From what I understand the reindexing only applies to pre-2001 years. Mine is 2004.
I've read that some have corrected the problem by topping off the R134a refrigerant. Maybe I'll check the level before considering replacing the actuator.
Now if I can figure out why my active handing system is occasionally coming on for an instant, and turning off my cruise control...
