Wednesday - my car was blowing nice cold air and the A/C system was working flawlessly.
Thursday - the A/C begin to go in & out blowing warm air and then finally thursday evening, the a/c won't even come on and no air blows at all. what could be the problem?
If no air blows at all, you have a vacuum leak. Vacuum controls the HVAC doors.
I certainly hope you have an AGM battery ? If not, remove your battery and check for any leakage. Leaking batteries eat through the vacuum lines located under the battery.
You did not replace your oil pressure sensor recently, did you? If the small hose at rear of manifold is not on good, you can have problems when it slips off.

First check your fuses. Also, very well could be the compressor has died. Turn the engine on with the AC off. Then with the engine idling, turn on the AC, you should feel the car change a little, the idle drops a tad for a second then goes a little higher. Have a friend watch the compressor when you turn it on and listen for a little clicking noice. If the compressor does not turn on then take it form there.
Check the obvious and see if maybe the electrical connection is loose. Wiggle it a little bit. Take a meter and read the output of the connector and make sure it is getting power.
That should be a starting point. Post back up our results.
My '99 did something similar about a month ago. Look at your fans with the AC turned on. If they are on, then take it to a HVAC shop. If they are off, they are supposed to be on and the pressure difference will cause the compressor to shut off. If those fans are off, check Ground point G102 at the right forward frame rail. Mine was sparking which was killing the fans and who knows what else. Now the AC is fine.

You say "NO AIR BLOWS AT ALL" Does that mean that you cant even get the HVAC Blower Motor fan to run at any speed for any mode?? If thats the case, you most likely have blown an AC system fuse.
Do you have Duel Climate Control or Manual Climate Control? What year car?
